By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ug808 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the ug808 platform. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translation of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

These Terms take effect together with Privacy Policy ug808 and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

To register and use ug808's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the last deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• Ug808 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or breach of terms are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
• Any taxes or financial liabilities related to winnings are solely the responsibility of the user.

Ug808 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms set at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements (rollover), validity period, maximum betting limits while the bonus is active, and eligible games for use with the bonus.

The general bonus rules for ug808 are as follows:

• Errors or delays in transaction processing caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers.
• Betting losses resulting from legitimate and fair decisions made by the system or dealer.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services in your location.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of ug808 to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
